New First Schedule item 8A
Inserted immediately after item 8, item 8A sets S$40 for lodging an application to maintain an alternate address under section 12C. It is an application fee, not a yearly subscription specified in this text. The source does not reproduce address eligibility or every other registration fee.
Rule-making and commencement
S 840/2015 was made by ACRA with ministerial approval under section 64 on 21 December 2015, published on 31 December at noon and effective on 3 January 2016. The article retains the historical fee-schedule identity.
