The provisions are sections 2; 10(a)–(i), (q)–(u), (w)–(zc); 11(a)–(p), (r)–(v); 14(za), (ze), (zf); 16; and 17(h). Their commencement is 3 January 2016. Sections 8 and 15 are not listed here, so this notice cannot establish their commencement by inference.
Date and scope
S 823/2015 was made on 21 December 2015 and first published on 31 December at noon, under section 1 of the 2014 amendment Act. It supplies statutory timing; the parent amendment provisions must be read for substantive effect.
