The operative provisions
The provisions are sections 2(a), 3, 4(b), 6, 7, 8, 13, 14(c), 21, 37, 38, 39, 44, 46, 47, 51, 52 and 53(1). The letters and subsection matter: commencement of section 2(a), for example, does not by itself commence all of section 2.
Publication and commencement
The Minister made the notice under section 1 on 30 March 2017 and it was published that day as S 115/2017. The operative date was the following day, 31 March. It refers to amendment-Act sections, not a list of identically numbered provisions in the principal Companies Act.
What this short source does not contain
The notice fixes timing but does not reproduce the substantive reforms, fees or filing forms. A provision omitted from this list may have a separate commencement instrument; this notice should not be presented as declaring the entire 2017 Act operative on one day.
