Sign in under the correct entity
This 33-page guide is for Corppass Admins and Sub-Admins and was updated in October 2024. At the Corppass homepage, choose the existing-account login and sign in through Singpass as a Business User. On a mobile device, tapping the QR code provides the login route. The UEN/Entity ID selection page appears only to people with multiple Corppass accounts. Ensure the correct entity is selected before changing service access: entity selection, service selection and user assignment are distinct operations.
Select digital services for the entity
From e-Service Access, choose Select Entity’s e-Services. Search the onboarded-service list by agency name or acronym, or by digital-service name, select the services the entity intends to transact with and click Next. Some services require entity parameters such as CSN, Vendor ID or GSTN; an indicator identifies those needing further details. Provide the applicable parameters, continue, review the selected services and Submit. The confirmation establishes entity service selection and allows subsequent assignment to users; selection alone does not grant each user access.
Choose users and assign only the intended services
Use Assign Selected e-Services and select the user or users, then Next. The next list contains the services previously selected for the entity; choose which to assign to these users. If different users should have different access, assign them individually rather than selecting them together. Restricted Sub-Admins can assign only services within their assignment profile. Check the selected-user count as well as the service list so a bulk selection does not inadvertently grant the same access to the wrong group.
Roles, parameters and authorisation dates
Selected services may require roles or additional parameters such as CSN, Vendor ID or GSTN using the values defined during entity service setup. Supply the details required by that service. Every assignment requires an Authorisation Effective Date. The Expiry Date can be left blank for an indefinite assignment; otherwise enter the intended end date. Review the users, services, roles and dates and Submit. A separate confirmation states that access has been assigned successfully. Sample Preparer and Approver roles in the screenshots belong to particular services and should not be treated as universal Corppass permissions.
Edit entity-level service details
To change existing parameters, open View Entity’s e-Service Access. Select the service and Edit e-Service. Only services with roles and/or parameters can be edited through this route. Change the relevant role, CSN, Vendor ID, GSTN or other applicable value, then Next, review and Submit. This edits the entity-level service details rather than selecting a new service or assigning a service to a new user, so the administrator should verify that the intended change is a parameter change before using it.
Changes propagate to existing assignments
The review screenshot explicitly states that entity-service edits apply across users’ service assignments, active Third Party authorisation and the Sub-Admin Assignment Profile. The accompanying note also says affected entity users and Third Party authorisation are updated after submission. Review the scope of the changed parameters before finalising, because an entity-level edit may affect existing access arrangements beyond the current administrator’s screen. The guide uses old sample dates and service examples; those illustrate the workflow rather than prescribing an authorisation period for actual users.
