CSPs must ensure authorised employees are fit and proper and trained in relevant financial-crime prevention requirements. Employees file under the supervision of an RQI engaged by the CSP. An authorised position holder or RQI can manage access using the employee’s identity and contact information. Remove access immediately when an employee leaves. ACRA lists the access-management transaction as free.
