Suspension and costs
On 21 June 2004 PAOC ordered Lim Seow Chiang suspended from public-accountant practice for six months from 22 July 2004. It also required all hearing costs and expenses incidental to the Inquiry Committee proceedings to be paid to ACRA. The notice gives no end-date calculation or cost amount.
Publication scope
Notice 1862 under the Accountants Act 2004 was first published on 27 July 2004 at 5 pm. It does not explain the misconduct or subsequent practice status; the article confines itself to the historical order.
