Court, order date and suspension period
The High Court of Singapore made the order on 13 September 2016. It suspended Leow Kwee Huay from practice as a public accountant for two years, from that date to 12 September 2018. The deciding body was the High Court, not a PAOC order inferred from other disciplinary notices.
What the Gazette notice does and does not give
Gazette notice 2801 was first published on 15 September 2016 at 5 pm under the Part VI disciplinary heading. It gives no reason, costs figure or later reinstatement information. Its purpose is to publish the historical suspension, not to establish present professional status.
