The nine free services
Business-lodgement status, renewal status, penalty/fine payment status, mobile/email updates, cessation on expiry, next-of-kin/administrator/executor changes, GIRO application and termination, and online name-directory searches are listed free. The entry with three services on one line still covers all nine distinct services.
Historical dates and source ambiguity
Issued on 7 January 2003 and effective 13 January, the direction uses the old Business Registration Act framework. It lists new 9(c)/9(d), then also says 9(c)/9(d) are deleted. The PDF alone does not resolve that conflict; confirm the historical regulation before treating those items as definitive operative charges. None of these figures is a current fee quote.
