Charges and annual returns
Items 36–38 each charge S$60 for charge particulars, debenture-series particulars and an additional issue within a series. Items 45–48 show S$10 for viewing/lodging the return summary and S$10 for the main return. Extensions for accounts periods and AGMs, items 49/50, are each up to S$150. These are historical fees, not current quotes.
Foreign registration and ten certificate purposes
Foreign registration item 76 is S$300 with share capital or S$1,200 without. Item 101 certificates cost S$50 for incorporation; incorporation following memorandum alteration; special-resolution new name; unlimited-to-guarantee or shares conversion; public/private conversion; foreign registration; land approval; omission of Berhad/Limited; commencement/borrowing entitlement; and charge registration.
Other changed fees
Late documents item 104 add up to S$350 to other fees. Minister appeals item 111 and auditor/liquidator approval or renewal item 113 each cost S$100. Profiles item 123 cost S$5. Pre-13-January-2003 form copies item 127 and form certification item 128 cost S$2 per page or part; microfilm diazo duplicates item 129 cost S$15.
New S$10 filing items and strike-off fees
New S$10 items are registered office/hours changes (10, local and foreign companies), allotments (33), officer/auditor appointments/cessation/details (34), charge variations (42), strike-off objections (73), one-year future-objection intention (74), electronic form extracts (125), and production/good-standing certificates (139). Strike-off application item 71 is S$35 and withdrawal item 75 is S$30.
Other new applications and extracts
One-director-signature annual-return applications with or without AGM (93/94), notice of error (100) and Registrar-directed name change (102) each cost S$30. Electronic forms including attachments (126) cost S$25. These fees distinguish an application from a routine officer or office-change lodgement.
Nine free services
Free services listed are business-lodgement status, renewal status, penalties/fines payment status, business-person mobile/email updates, cessation on expiry, next-of-kin/administrator/executor particulars, GIRO application, GIRO termination and online name-directory searches. Their inclusion does not say every company application is free.
Version and inconsistent deletion text
Issued on 7 January 2003, the direction concerns the 2002 Second Schedule notification effective 13 January. It separately prints deletion references to 9(c)/9(d), then at its end to 9, 18, 20, 22 and 38(3)/(4). The short PDF does not explain this inconsistency. Do not use it alone to decide the legal deletion scope; consult the cited historical notification and complete schedule.
