Access the service and select an unsatisfied charge
Use the business-user Singpass login in the guide and choose eServices, Charge, Satisfaction of Charge. Read the checklist, search for a live VCC and select the charge number. A previously satisfied charge does not appear in the list, so absence may reflect satisfaction status rather than an entity search failure.
Check the relevant chargee record
The lender/chargee tab displays all chargees for the selected charge. Switch between entries using the details links or numbered chargee controls and complete the satisfaction information for the appropriate entry. Multiple chargees should not be treated as one unidentified lender.
All-monies versus fixed-amount behaviour
Where the charge secures all monies owing, Amount Satisfied shows Yes and cannot be edited. Where it does not secure all monies, Amount Satisfied is a mandatory text field for the amount. The original screenshots were visually checked to preserve this unusual field behaviour rather than assuming the same numeric input is required in both cases.
Partial and total satisfaction have different register choices
For Partial Satisfaction or Partial Discharge, Charge Status permits either Remove from Register or Remain in Register. For Total Satisfaction or Total Discharge, the status defaults to Remove from Register. Choose the type corresponding to the actual event rather than treating every partial release as automatic removal.
Endorsed evidence, declaration and preview
Attach the chargee-endorsed statement of satisfaction and complete required information. Then read the declaration, proceed to preview, verify and finish. The guide does not supply a fee or legal filing period. Its sixth page contains no further textual instruction, so no additional step is invented.
