For Multi Upload Tool, the form asks whether v 3.4.0 is installed and explains checking the Version column in Programs and Features.

The historical checklist includes Windows 7/8/10 in 32- or 64-bit editions, Vista and an other-system field. It asks for the Windows 10 version and suggests winver. For Preparation Tool issues, select applicable Office editions across 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019 or provide another version. The checklist’s old products and v 3.4.0 wording are not a current supported-software recommendation.
