Search the VCC or sub-fund before selecting a product
Last updated on 15 January 2021, the guide describes the VCC Register iShop workflow at www.vcc.bizfile.gov.sg. Use Search Register with a UEN, VCC name or sub-fund name, then repeat Search on the redirected register page to display matching results. Select the correct entity before buying its information. The guide provides product-selection and delivery steps for that historical interface; it is not a filing service or an instruction to change a VCC’s registered particulars.
Public products and restricted certificates
Everyone can buy a Business Profile, an ordinary extract or a certified extract. Select Business Profile to add it to the cart and check the confirmation message. Statutory certificates require profile login by an authorised officer or CSP. A certificate confirming incorporation is for an incorporated VCC; a certificate confirming registration by transfer is for a re-domiciled VCC. View certificate availability in the iShop Products section and add the applicable certificate to the cart after login. General public-product checkout does not override these authorisation restrictions.
Find the required transaction extract
Expand Other Information to locate the extract-search module. Search by a transaction date range, transaction period, transaction number or category. The paperclip next to a transaction number indicates attachments. Choose the ordinary Extract column for an extract without eCertification, or the Extract With eCertification column for the certified version. Clear existing criteria before making another search with different criteria. Select the relevant icon, add the extract to the cart and check the item-added message, so the purchased transaction and certification type match the intended document.
Checkout and identify the requester
Open Cart to reach Payment Cart and select Check Out. Already-logged-in buyers can proceed to requester information. Others are offered CorpPass or SingPass login, or a customer-without-CorpPass-or-SingPass option. Enter the requester information, check the terms-and-conditions acceptance shown in the screenshot and confirm. Supply a valid, correct delivery email address: the guide expressly says a wrong address does not qualify for a refund. The displayed example name and email are sample values rather than delivery details to reuse.
Review the order and complete payment
Review the selected products before Make Payment. The screenshot warns that wrong purchases will not be refunded, asks buyers to note the ARN on the following page and states a failed transaction’s deducted amount would be refunded within 30 days. The historical payment screen illustrates eNets, card, PayPal and Google Pay choices, requests the relevant details, and warns against using Back or refresh or closing the browser mid-payment. It also mentions allowing the BizFile site where a popup blocker interferes. These are source-version instructions, not confirmation of today’s available methods or service timing.
Download the products and preserve the acknowledgement
Successful payment displays an acknowledgement. The guide says the download link becomes usable when the screen changes from grey to white, and downloads the purchases as a ZIP file. The screenshot also provides a delivery-email message, Print and View Receipt controls. A separate email gives download instructions and an order summary identifying entity, UEN, product description, paid amount and transaction status. Keep the receipt and match the delivered products to the actual order. Different screenshot totals and certification prices are illustrative and should not be combined into a current fee schedule.
Seven-day validity and historical example dates
The download link is valid for seven days from purchase. The email example states that after expiry there is no replacement or refund, so download and retain the purchased files within that period. Its order illustrates ordinary extracts at S$11, certification at S$2 and a profile at S$5.50, while other screenshots show other examples. The sample email contains 2020 dates despite the guide’s 2021 update; those are example values, not an extension or a change to the explicit seven-day rule. The automated delivery email says not to reply to it.
