Formula and nationality records
Divide the number of PMET employees sharing a nationality by all PMET employees. Nationality is taken from the passport recorded in Singapore Government systems, including for permanent residents. PR status therefore does not convert an employee’s C3 nationality to Singaporean.
The official chart example
MOM illustrates a 100-PMET organisation. Nationality A has 30 employees, so a candidate of nationality A is assessed against a 30% nationality share: 30 ÷ 100. The other groups complete the chart below.
| Group | Employees | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Singaporeans | 35 | 35% |
| Nationality A | 30 | 30% |
| Nationality B | 10 | 10% |
| Nationality C | 10 | 10% |
| Nationality D | 15 | 15% |
