Historical January 2019 print guide
The twelve-page guide addresses headers/footers and forms spilling over one page from myTax Portal’s Submit Employment Income Records online application. It encourages saving electronic copies where possible. Its browser screenshots are dated, so menu wording may differ in newer versions.
Internet Explorer instructions in the source
Open File, Page setup (or via Print preview), choose A4, enable Shrink-to-Fit and make all header/footer fields Empty, then save. This explains the original legacy instructions rather than recommending installation of an obsolete browser.
Microsoft Edge settings
Use the browser menu and Print. The illustrated settings are Shrink to fit, Normal margins and headers/footers Off. More settings opens paper-size selection: choose A4 and confirm. Check the preview because a custom printer or browser layout can otherwise split a form.
Google Chrome settings
Open Print and More settings. The source screenshot shows A4, Minimum margins, scale 100 and unticked Headers and footers and Background graphics. Then print. These are the guide’s specific settings, not a blanket rule that every form/browser must use identical scaling.
Firefox and the source’s Safari note
From Print open Page Setup: Format & Options uses scale 100 with Shrink to fit Page Width checked; Margins & Header/Footer uses blank header/footer selections. Confirm, choose Print, Properties, Advanced and A4, then confirm both dialogs. The source says Safari users may follow the same approach; verify available controls in the actual version.
Final preview and source support
Review that all fields remain legible and present on the intended page before printing or saving. Settings do not change submitted tax data. The historical support details are ais@iras.gov.sg and 1800 356 8015; retain the PDF for the dated screenshots.
