Choose the correct channel
Since 24 March 2025, rejected Work Permit applications must be appealed through WP eService. This sector form is for revoked Work Permits or in-principle approvals, requests to proceed with an application, and additional documents requested by MOM.
Documents and submission
Prepare the worker’s passport particulars and changed-details pages, an English company appeal letter signed by authorised personnel with their designation, evidence of legal stay where applicable, and documents addressing the appeal grounds. The form allows one file; combine documents into a ZIP of no more than 7 MB.
Response time
The form states an outcome by email within 14 working days. Corporate login is required. The form’s current instructions govern the submission.
