Who can use the helper form
The helper’s employer, or a person authorised by the employer such as a family member, may use this form. Employment agents are excluded from this route and are directed to the separate Work Permit renewal appeal form.
Before submitting
Check the reason renewal is blocked in the FDW eService. Use the appeal form only when renewal cannot proceed and the employer wishes to continue employing the helper.
Timing
The current form states at least three weeks for an outcome, sent by email and post. Incorrect information will require a corrected resubmission.
