Translations and further requests
Submit a non-English original with an English translation, which a translation provider can prepare. MOM may ask for further documents during review.
Regional representatives of overseas companies
Provide Enterprise Singapore’s approval letter for establishing the Singapore representative office. A headquarters letter must state the application purpose, assignment duration and a guarantee for the candidate’s maintenance and repatriation.
Healthcare, legal and football professions
Provide supporting documents from the relevant professional body. The table retains the official body names and enquiry channels.

Provide a copy of the page displayed by scanning the QR code on the SFA foodshop licence, showing its validity period.
A new establishment without the licence may submit SFA’s Application for Foodshop Licence letter instead.
