Templates and assistance
The 1 April 2016 documentation changes are supported by the Workright Employer’s Toolkit in English and Mandarin, including forms that can be completed by hand. Download blank pay slips, blank KETs or KETs with explanations in both languages. The source lists physical distribution points at MOM Services Centre, NTUC, SNEF, SBF, ASME, TAFEP and SME Centres.
Workshops and funding guidance
SME Centres advise businesses on relevant government assistance. Training routes include SNEF’s two-day Employment Act workshop, SBF activities, TAFEP’s quarterly fair/responsible employment seminars, OTCi and the courses linked through the workforce-development service. One-to-one SME-centre advice addresses employment-law implementation and available assistance.
