Three sponsor requirements
The sponsor must hold a Singapore EP or S Pass, earn at least S$6,000 in fixed monthly salary and be sponsored by an established Singapore-registered company, normally the employer. All three requirements apply.
The salary test uses the holder’s own fixed monthly salary, not combined household income. ONE Pass and EntrePass families follow their respective pass requirements.
Eligible relatives
A legally married spouse or eligible children may qualify for a Dependant’s Pass instead. Distinguish that route from the relatives below.

Overseas intra-corporate transferees
Family members of Singapore EP holders applying as overseas ICTs under WTO GATS or an applicable free-trade agreement are generally ineligible for DP or LTVP. An exception must be specifically covered by an applicable agreement and meet the prevailing consideration criteria.
