Covered applications
The form covers ONE Pass, EntrePass, PEP and Work Holiday Pass, plus DP or LTVP applications tied to EntrePass, PEP or ONE Pass. It is not the Singapore EP appeal channel.
Evidence and authorisation
An employment agent needs a signed authorisation from the applicant. EntrePass appeals should include relevant new supporting evidence, such as business plans, financial statements or projections, secured contracts or other supporting records.
Timing
The form first checks whether rejection occurred more than three months ago. Its instructions state at least four weeks for ONE Pass or WHP appeals and at least eight weeks for PEP, EntrePass and related passes. Results go to the email in the original application.
