Who uses this form
Business employers and employment agents use this route when they cannot proceed with renewal and want to continue employing the worker. It is not a routine renewal application.
Check the reason first
Review the renewal restriction in WP Online or the relevant FDW eService before preparing the request. If it concerns the NTS Occupation List, check that policy’s current requirements.
Submission and timing
The form requires corporate login and accurate details. MOM’s current notice says an outcome takes at least three weeks and is communicated by email and post. Helper employers should use the separate helper-renewal form.
