MOM record requirements
For employees covered by the Employment Act, employers must keep employee and salary records. Records include employment dates, work-pass details, salary periods, payment dates, allowances, deductions and net pay.
Retention
Keep the latest two years for current employees. For former employees, retain the last two years of records for one year after they leave.
Separate obligations
These are employment-record requirements. They are not a complete company accounting or tax checklist. Confirm tax and corporate reporting obligations with the relevant authority; do not infer them from a Singapore EP approval.
